• Requesting letter for releasing from the duty as the Nodal Officer of Central Admission Portal for the session 2026-2027 

 

Respected Madam

I would like to inform you that I, as the Nodal Officer of the CAP for admission of the Sem-I acted my duty consecutive three academic sessions from 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 with the active support of the Principal/TIC and all staffs of the college. In the last session, I have informed to the TIC for releasing from this responsibility but TIC, Dr. Phalguni Bhattacharyya request me carried on that duty during his tenure. I have continuing my additional duty as the Nodal Officer of the CAP for this serious and vital works for the college along with Joint Convener (s) (Dr. Mirza Md. Sabbir, SCAT- Cat-1 in History and Mr. Pralay Chatterjee, SACT- Cat-II) of the Admission Committee which was selected through the all staff meeting of the college.All the data, related to the admission and collection amount as admission fees of the students has already been checked and verified by me. Newly I have act for NIRF as the Nodal Officer of the college thorough the discussion with you in last month which was on urgent basis. Now the portal for NIRF is on process and data related to the faculty, students and others, hopefully, it will be processed smoothly with stipulated time i.e. 6^th Feb, 2026.

Therefore, I request you that please release me from the duty of the Nodal Officer of the CAP, subsequently, I further ensure you that any kinds of understanding from any corners about admission for next session, I will be acted promptly and shared my views on particular frame as per required of the authority of the college.
